Service Changes -- Oct 7 2011, 4:47 PM
Dear Milwaukee Courier Company Client,
You might have noticed the services are different over the past week. Well the names are, but services remain the same. We are fine tuning these services to better meet your needs. Listed changes as follows:
ASAP Delivery - Highest Priority Delivery, Guaranteed in 15 minutes, or less.
Rush Delivery - Delivery Guaranteed in 30 minutes.
Sprint Delivery - Delivery Guaranteed in 60 minutes.
Express Delivery - Same Day Delivery Guaranteed by 5PM, or sooner. Order must be placed by 2PM.
For outside downtown, services remain the same. We noticed that the green zone, and red zone was confusing to some, so now titled 'Downtown', and 'Outside Downtown'. The only change is the absence of the 120 minute delivery, which is now our Express Delivery. Order placement of this value based service must be placed by 2PM of same day, or next day can be placed anytime 24 hours prior. We ask the same for any delivery after 4PM, goes to either A Rush, or ASAP, since most business needs cut off at 5PM.
We thank you for another amazing year. It's hard to believe that our three year mark is coming soon, and we owe it all to you. Our growth has shaped the way Milwaukee delivers same day urgent packages. Professional and knowledgeable, Milwaukee's only uniformed company, email notification upon delivery, with the fastest, street savvy couriers assembled from all over Wisconsin to provide you with ease of mind that your package is in safe hands.
